Could one set up a chainlink contract that functions as an escrow for trading goods. The contract can hold money until the other party has send their goods. And it could do it by checking a tracking code on whatever it is and once the goods are on the way send the money to the seller

When someone runs a node they don't get data and click yes or no to vote on wether the data is true or false.
They just run it on their computers and forget about it.
