Alright so I know we get a lot of these threads but can someone please tell me what to do and not to do?

Is Google run by liberals who will ban you for the most right winged topic?

Does Google not approve of 18+ sites?
I know bikinis are bad but what about a girls in yoga pants?

What if no one visits my site and all of a sudden it becomes popular? Will Google be able to see where they're coming from like I do? (I.g., reddit)

anyhting else I'm missing?

If this as a serious question, then you're too stupid to run a website. Delete it and go back to /fit, /pol, /b or wherever you hang out normally.

Thought so, wanted to be sure. Like fuck we can't even click our own ads by mistake.

I want to make apps later if all fails so I can spam my ads to stupid kids that like to tap everything so quickly.

want to make sure I don't lose my privileges this early.

Just read the adsense rules that you agreed to, google it (ha) and so on. It shouldn't be too difficult to find, what they'll allow or not. You could just e-mail them and ask as well (just don't associate your account with the e-mail asking).

Why so it won't look suspicious that I'm asking questions?

Wouldn't it be smart to want a record of me asking questions so I can use it in in the event I get banned?

Anything hidden I should know about? can't be this easy desu--

18+ = insta ban
anything sexually stimulating = risk of ban
anything controversial = risk of ban

Have fun getting traffic without any of those.

Your guess is as good as mine. You should just read the rules thoroughly, and if you can't find anything prohibiting it you might still considering e-mailing google and asking.

I'm assuming that if they ban you for something, you're banned. I doubt you'll be able to argue your way out of some ban like that, unless it was very obviously made in error. I'm also assuming that while the rules aren't going to explicitly say "No association with girls in yoga pants" either, but that it might be considered inappropriate/rule breaking if the photos are obviously for sexual purposes. I'd assume it's subjective, and that any ban they did throw at you would be based on an interpetation of rules rather than a straight up ban on a certain thing.

Google wants advertisers to make money, so that they make money. They don't care that much about site content, unless it might reflect poorly on them or the advertisers, which something like "Hot young girls in yoga pants up close straight from your local mall" might.

Oh and copyrighted shit obviously is a risk too.

Im trying to start a site and its such an headache. Every fucking picture I want to use I have to google if its free to use or not. Reporting on certain things its so difficult. I see sites using pics that im sure have copyright but nothing happens.

I have decent youtube channel and im too scared to start a blog with other content since I dont want to risk my adsense account attached to the youtube channel. This is fucking annoying.

And also affiliate links and all that crap. How do I know if it's legal to put a certain link and doesn't go against the TOS?

Also fair use is a bitch, you never know if something falls under fair use or not.

Sticking to generic topics and pretending to rank is too hard, too many fucking sites already.

I hate all those stupid blogs making mad money.

The yoga is more of a click bait though, sex sells like hot cakes (whatever that is)

I've read reviews where people get banned crazy like goddamn son where'd you find that?

I know right! That was my main concern. But how would Google know that you didn't pay for that icon or that background? Does the company have to report you first??

Does Yahoo have n affiliate program like this? I need backups so I won't put a lot of effort and lose it all. Or worse, have to post .jpgs myself on every page when companies want to work with me (4Chan).

I know right? Amazon says you have to put "Affiliate of Amazon" somewhere on your site so your users know. Also you have to own the damn site too!

it's good & bad

>Good:
Hackers can't put ads on your site without getting banned
>Bad:
You can't pay sites to post links on their site.

See, that's where you got it wrong in the first place. If you use (any) google service, you're cucked by an algo. You run your site by their terms. It's liek a franchise. If all goes well, you get paid, if not you alone bear the risk of failure and the respective costs. Google makes its cut anyway and does not care how your business goes.

I dunno I don't think they're too liberal. Although this is just a hobby to piss off my ex wife, no ad revenue

>Is Google run by liberals who will ban you for the most right winged topic?
Two questions, no to the first and no to the second.

>Does Google not approve of 18+ sites?
Misimplied question, the answer is no either way.

>I know bikinis are bad but what about a girls in yoga pants?
As above.

>What if no one visits my site and all of a sudden it becomes popular? Will Google be able to see where they're coming from like I do? (I.g., reddit)
As above. This is the stupidest question so far.

>anyhting else I'm missing?
Braincells. Google isn't a person and it's a lot smarter than you are, stop trying to outsmart the internet and understand what you're actually asking.

>>1451285
>I want to make apps later if all fails so I can spam my ads to stupid kids that like to tap everything so quickly.
That's not how advertising works. The intent of an ad is to gain custom.

>Why so it won't look suspicious that I'm asking questions?
>Wouldn't it be smart to want a record of me asking questions so I can use it in in the event I get banned?
>Anything hidden I should know about? can't be this easy desu--
You are neither astute nor intelligent enough to prosper from AdSense alone, I advise you seek other methods.

It sounds like you picked a topic randomly out of your ass and decided to pick adsense before even figuring out your numbers and your market.

Get a job stacking shelves, it'll pay you a lot more and save you more time than this.

You guys do realize that anything related to copyright infringement starts when the original owner makes a big deal out of it.
