I'm financially ruined and this is what I get for not even barely researching what I'm buying into. I need to learn from this experience and move on with my life, as much as I hate to say it. Chainlink is one of many scam coins that put something extremely simple and build it into a coin. These things are not sustainable. We've seen coins based on services such as password managers, literal JS debuggers, P2P file transfers, and they all failed because no company in the world would want to use some weird technology that's outside of their control instead of a proprietary solution that an intern can write in three days for a minimum wage.

Well blockchain tech is at its infancy. There's very little expectation desu, just speculation, hope and not wanting to miss the next x100. But yeah for a shitty json parser link did pretty well, didn't sell at the top but I'm fine exiting while its high.

>Smart contracts are awesome.
Yeah!
>But they can't communicate with external data. So let's create a service that adds this functionality.
Fuck yeah!
>Make it decentralized to eliminate the risk that comes with centralized platforms
Oh fuck yeah!
>Make it a cryptocurrency
Wait what?
>ERC-20 tokens on the Ethereum network.
Stop
>Just another ERC-20 scam token that you don't actually need to perform what we're advertising.
FUCKING WHYYYYYYYYY

>never written enterprise grade software
extremely simple ideas need rock-hard fundamentals to be enterprise ready. Only chainlink managed to write that.

the very first thing you need to learn is that everything in life, especially investing, is a zero sum game. Winners and Losers. Your mistakes made you a loser, and someone else's intelligence made them a winner. In this case, those who bought low, waited for an inevitable pump and dumped for a devilish little profit, while you(and many others) were left holding the bag. learn.

what is the trick to predicting what coins will succeed at being a scam coin? just following the hype noise?
