You're a moron. You realise ethereum was never meant to be an ICO platform. The reason ethereum allows token creation is that the whole point is to have a lot of utilities and services globally secured by the collective mining (and in future staking) on the one ethereum chain. Every time an ERC token creates its own chain it becomes extremely vulnerable to 51% attacks. Ethereum works as a secure consensus platform where each token can benefit from having a collectively shared network secured by everyone.
