What is happening has been a very long consolidation and correction period since the value moved outside of the "channel" or the two perpendicular lines. As you can see with the three circles at the bottom. It shows special events... The first was its rise from .0011.. the second is its fall back into the channel. and the third is its nearing return of the macd divergence back above where it fell below. Essentially when the purple line is above the yellow line at the bottom it is a risky buy, but when it is far below it is in a buy zone.
