it takes 3 days for your account in any exchange to get verified
you seem nice enough, so i will spoonfeed you
>go to coinbase or Crypto.com
>create account
>add credit card
>buy btc or eth
>send to the exchange where the coin you want to buy is
always double check addresses. use coinmarketcap to see the exchange the coin you want is in
