I don't own LP shares, wish I did, but this seems retarded. Where would you get the idea there would be jail time? Don't they just distribute earnings to a wallet for you? Seems like the only risk would be that eventually they force KYC and you can't, then your funds end up in limbo. I'd hang on to it forever and enjoy that sweet passive income.
