You CAN NOT sell on Coinbase once the major dump begins. China is launching a major attack to prevent anymore selling while they dump on different platforms. Also, the fees are sky high, and even when the server works, you have to wait in line and get error messages.

Same thing happened when it was 18k. Sell before the crash on every platform.
