Is Monero most based coin out there? If it is, why the fuck it's not rising up in pair with Bitcoin like it used to do. Tell me something bad about Monero.

Monero price gets suppressed until it can't anymore, which unironically makes it the Chad graph coin. Shakes out the newfags

Its so anonymous plebs don't realize it has a circulating supply of 21000000000+inflation. Best scam of them all.

my only FUD is what happens when fiat gateways are either shutdown or extremely hard to exchange into other cryptos due to being a money laundering paradise used by the mafia

XMR is hostile toward ASIC and most superwhales want to exert power over their coin's economy. They don't like XMR and as a result don't bother with it, which seriously hinders the amount of inbound cash.

Yes, Privacy is such a human right that we're all required to undergo extensive KYC (ID, proof of residence and proof of income) that it's never going to happen. Holding Monero can't be banned anyway, but exchanging it in extreme cases can be or at least red tape it so much that you wouldn't go through the trouble.

There is no ease of use.
No marketing effort.
They think tech is all that matters, when unironically, sales and distribution matters more. Even Satoshi knew this when he created bitcoin, focusing heavily on community development and building his own forums.
If they had a few hard workers like Roger Ver onboarding people and pushing for the software to be easier, then they might have a chance.
As it is, it will stay a useful tool for buying drugs for the technical elite,
And Bitcoin Cash will take over because it's community actually has the will to get crypto used irl.
The classic conflict.

I have been trying to figure out why XMR isn't the most popular coin for a couple years. the answer is that there is no gimmick to it. It is just a means of exchange with privacy being paramount. No dividends, no "will be integrated into (insert market)", no snake oil front-men. It just IS. So, it's not attractive. Until everyone realizes it's exactly what they need.

no you misunderstood his point, his FUD is that monero's existing supply is massively understated and that someone back in the day printed billions of them that they are slowly dumping. it's probably the best monero FUD since it can't be disproven

every alt is shitting the bed, some more than others for different reasons, but 99% of coins are doing worse than bitcoin.

look at litecoin, it's under 0.01 still at $135. it's a cycle and right now it's bitcoins turn, once it's alts turn xmr will pop back over 0.01 with a 30% gain along with litecoin, xrp, xlm, bch, bsv, etc

it's going to be the only CPU mineable private currency with super cheap transaction fee's, trust me there's a good sized market for that.

also, XMR has the highest number of BTC maximalists holding it so a lot of them swapped for BTC until it slows down then they'll jump back into XMR

DCA'ing into XMR is a smart idea right now, it's at 3 year lows in sats

This. Also, the current bull run has shown that some big cryptos decoupled from BTC, most obviously XMR. That's a big fucking deal. I hold BTC, ETH, and XMR so it doesn't matter to me which way this all goes, but I did not expect it this soon. I didn't expect the next run for another year or so either.
