This happened to me because of the kyc questionnaire. It happens to a lot of people based on what I see in the telegram. The problem with that shit is that 1. A lot of people don't know exactly how the plan to trade/use coinmetro until they actually use it 2. Their compliance department is slow as balls and it doesn't work on weekends.

In the future they need to get rid of that or make it more lenient because people will be changing their habits all the time.
