1. The new CEO is not too knowledgeable about his own tech. I know he was forced to fill in after the previous one left but the role he’s taking is way over his head. He clearly has other ambitions in sight - such as his new restaurant. He is the biggest factor why I am not buying back in.

2. The dev team is comprised of Wyatt, Ryle and one more. The dev team is too small to compete with other DAG projects with more mature dev teams.

3. The downsizing of their staff since December. They revealed that they let go of their Telegram admins, but they didn’t share that they also cut a lot of their original staff. WiseOldMan from Discord can share more about this with you if you ask. The website was redone to show only the 3 cofounders and scrubbed out the rest.

4. I don’t believe any DAG project will go far. This is Vitalik’s view:
