The only pilots that start off making that much are former airforce and pilots with >500 jet hours.
After u get out of pilot school, you'll be told to apply for welfare. Seriously.
Just because u learned to fly a Cessna(if u pass ground school and flight school) doesn't mean you'll go straight to flying passenger jets making bank.
You'll start flying banners or being flight instructor ( make about 16 an hour)
Also if u get sick or twist an ankle= grounded

But pilot school is good choice op. Just be realistic , your ass will not make that much

You need jet hours, and there's very few schools that will give u irl jet hours. You'll get simulation hours, and spend around $100k to get em, which employers don't give af about.
