/biz/ had a 2nd round phone interview today with the departments director.

Lasted about 25 minutes and I nailed every question with her saying that make sense or oh that’s perfect after every answer.

Asked thoughtful questions at the end.

Thought I nailed it but at the end I got no next steps or salary discussion.

I even had a relevant undergrad degree that would make doing business with specific clients easier.

Now I’ve already discussed salary with the recruiter and she told me the next step after this one prior to the interview.

Am I fucked or do you think she understands that I know the next steps?
