chainlink doesn't need partnerships. it needs network users. high liquidity will lead to a lot of link to be locked in nodes as a collateral. This is real singularity not some partnership announcement. As it doesn't have network users yet and there's a lot of work on reputation and aggregation to be done. So nothing is set in stone yet. But it's a good start
