Fellow ladies of \biz. What have you done when someone at work has sexually harassed and assaulted you? Long story short I (F24) work on a software development team and usually we get along great. However today, my (M24) pair programming coworker told me that the dress I'm wearing looks great.

Obviously this is beyond creepy. He shouldn't even be thinking about my body let alone enjoying it. Plus he is unattractive and just not my type.

Anyway, what should my first step be at this point? I've already written a lengthy email to HR documenting the harassment, but should I get a lawyer? He might end up stalking me. Should I go to the police?
