Literally all you have to do is deposit ERC20 ZIL to your Binance Ethereum address and then withdraw it to your ZIL wallet after 30 confs. It couldn't be more straightforward. Binance does not have separate ERC20 ZIL and mainnet ZIL markets, the second your deposit is credited it's converted to mainnet ZIL.

The reason they are doing this is to comply with KYC/AML regulations and having legit exchanges who already implement KYC facilitate it is the easiest way to go about that.
