As far as I know, while Bakkt is failing, no one cancelled Fidelity's management for institutional investors. Once that takes place, it will spike. 401k money in crypto is still a real factor for upside.

It would be nice for it to fall down to 6, but beyond 6 is a scary point where it CAN easily go to 3 like you said.
