In honor of the original /cng/ poster

Slowpoke here, I am reviving this because I just got redpilled hard by reading through Statuesque's posts on Link nodes: https://yuki.la/biz/13308478

Do you guys think his analysis is accurate?

yes

It all increasingly seems even worse for node operators than what statue anon predicted.

Chainlink's threecentralized system will get the bulk of the business they've signed, and unless you're one of the lucky 21 you're not getting those operator revenues.

Linkpool has made an announcement of a announcement, but they don't immediately appear to have anything to actually put on their platform. Didn't see any sample contracts, APIs, anything, it'll just be a list of nodes holding their dicks in their hands.

The system exists -- it's out, it's been released. You can now write real-world data to the blockchain in a trustless way. But nobody is using the damn thing, and once people do, it's not the neet nodes getting the $$$

Anyone that thought they were going to make it by running a neet node is a fucking brainlet. Just buy and hold the tokens that's literally all you have to do.

I mean, people thought it was possible because Sergey fucking described neet nodes to a fucking T: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MfH1B85YyFU&feature=youtu.be&t=1166

Part of me thinks CLC fucked us by pointing out all the problems that would ahve gone down had they released mainnet as initially described and envisioned.

I think its gonna expose a shit load of these teams and their theoretical systems, icos, promises upon promises

It will call anyone's bluff, as they now have the tools to start serving customers...who will? And who are just scams

>>14014746
True. Didn't hear Sybil so much from Sergey before those faggots got mouthy

>> No.14014828

>>14014779
Right? It would have been a cluster, but now it seems like we've got no chance to run a profitable node at all

>> No.14014860

>>14014746
This is good then? That means the mainnet as originally envisioned would have fallen flat on it's face.

don't know about you guys but we found link way too early to just give up

despite not having any technical experience im still going to learn and try my luck as an operator regardless of fud

That is, unless you sign up your NEET node with one these services a la CLC group

>> No.14016793

So is the neet node dream dead or what? Because I was seriously planning on setting one up after mainnet
