How long until we start to see Mortgage/Housing market growth due to certain locations having Pokestops or Gyms on them?

Medium/Small business are already using in game Lures to attract new customer bases with most places offering free or discounted products if you play the game.

Can we put a tangible price on a pokestop or Gym location yet?
