Dude what do you think the best way to KYC ppl is? Theychave a notary verifying the identity and qualification of experts validating files.

The system is to ensure no one alters files once they've been validated. You can be sure that some neet isn't forging his university diploma if the only wallet private key that is allowed to validate the school's diploma has been KYC'd and tied to the person who is validating these diplomas.

Organizations can add multi sig verificatio. verification before files are validated if they deem it necessary this is like a 1000x improvement vs what is currently being done. I guess you're just too dumb to understand
