There is a reason for keeping money in a checking account other than personal expenses. When money is in a checking account it is faster to transfer it between brokerage accounts than if it was in a savings account. By the way you are a retard for putting that much money in a savings account when you could just buy 10 year treasuries which your bank is rolling all of your money into anyway and paying you pennies comparatively (net interest margin).
