Okay, so from this thread, I've gathered people will buy RSR because of FOMO.

If the system is undercollateralized, then RSR is printed and sold to compensate.
But FOMO aside, if there's no inherent incentive to buy RSR (assuming the transaction fee is set to its default of 0), how will RSR dilution not cause a feedback loop panic selloff, leaving RSV undercollateralized and endangering the peg?
