"examine a different response". Maybe it's part of the plan to drop breadcrumbs and guage response. 4chan is easier to analyse sentiment over reddit due to the anonymous nature. People are their true selves and don't hide behind karma.

"recursive mode" could relate to the nonsensical spam nature of link holders when large price swings occur. It's a recurring cycle of pepes and red wojaks. Create a bot that analyses biz sentiment against price and you'd have an interesting study into the anon psyche.
