Realistically though, if this baby doesn't pump in the 2020 bull run we'll know it's probably over. The only other thing to hold out for would be Ether going proof-of-stake.

That said I'll hold my stack 'til the end of time. The hell with everyone, the first PoW token on Ethereum has intrinsic worth, even if the market somehow never recognizes it.

I really doubt it will pump with bull run. 0xbtc is on none of the major exchanges and we can't count on people mistakenly thinking they're buying into BTC.

I think it depends more on the development progress of 0xbtc itself and how we spread the news. I'm considering shilling this coin to crypto podcasts and get inferno toast on them, but only if we have something more to show for (eg. zk-0xbtc).

The token is already finished. I'm not sure how much development we can really expect if a certain amount of adoption doesn't precede it. That said, that Vitalik post by the other anon is bullish imo; he's talked before about Ether never being designed to store value or serve as a currency. It will be really interesting over the next few years to see how value on Ethereum is primarily captured -- mostly Ether, mostly utility tokens, or a PoW token? My money is on the first at this point, but a lot is up in the air, especially with PoS coming.

Almost everywhere online 0xBTC threads are deleted, ie plebbit, its that big of a scam.
The actual daily 24hr volume on 0xBTC is under $30,000
Don't believe me then buy $300 worth of 0xBTC and watch the price move by 20%

Around the time that these miners were pumping 0xBTC they shilled /biz/ CONSTANTLY with it.
Lots of anons were fooled into buying it at $2-4.
Now there are tons of bag holders of this shitcoin and ALL of the 0xBTC threads on /biz/ are made by these miner faggots where they coordinate /biz/ shilling in their 0xBitcoin discord.

This project has a better chance of always being worthless than even worth $10.
No one will really tell you the truth about this scam because so many ppl were suckered into buying it on /biz/
Truth is, not many ppl are smart and wise to scams.
What's more is the FPGA miners mining this shit are now only making about $0.08/0xBTC and it keeps dropping.
It's incredibly not profitable for anyone besides FPGA fags to mine this shit.

So what could be concluded from this? Tyler Winklewoss, the co-founder of Gemini probably has eyes on 0xBitcoin. He probably understands the the deal of 0xBitcoin as a SoV on Ethereum.
