Bought 50 shares of VTGN for under $40. Got 4 drugs in pipeline and got a buy rating so I said fuck it. Even if it hits $5 per share I'll have made $250 from it so that counts as a win for me.

Well I'd say the odds of a dem administration are about 50/50. Furthermore, the odds of a potential dem admin actually putting the screws on the military industrial complex are also around 50/50. I've basically drawn down my equities over the last year. Originally I had holdings in Cracker Barrel, Verisk, and Dollar General. The good think about using the yield curve as a guide is that it gives you plenty of time to find a decent price to sell at. I made really good profit off both cracker barrel and dollar general.

The trade war does effect timing, if Trump goes through with these tariffs we'll see a recession on the order of 3 months instead of a year. I am willing to wait a year and a little more, though, if I have to. My position is very stable with only 10% in inverse ETFs while everything else is now in actual government bonds.
