But in all fairness and whatnot I think the market is just being unfair to T stock. (Which is good now, or was any way, hell I got my whole 155 shares at the average price of 30.40; T normally goes for least 31)

First the good parts:

By end of year alone they will pay down 75% of a 40 billion debt (Time Warner). They've done this all without cutting projects or cutting Divvy payments. Hell paying down anything close to 40 billion in such short time span is impressive on its own. To do it without really effecting anything else the company does should give you pause. This is words from the CEO's own mouth, I'm not bullshitting you on this.

2nd. Also from the CEO's lips. All content that's now on Netflix,etc will get pulled. Disney is gonna being doing this to so no big shock. All Warner stuff will be on T's service alone. All new stuff will be on that service to. Warner's catalog of stuff is massive. As is Disney's.

Time Warner churns out films and shit that make shit loads of money (Harry Potter anyone, or Batman for example). There is 3 HP films still to come. Then you got HBO and the Turner channels.

Next is 5G. People will be upgrading to this like crack. Even if they don't need it. "More Bandwidth" is the theme. Just like your cable internet. Everyone was happy with 10mb. Then oh wait thats two slow we want 100mb. So they shelled out for it.

Still ain't touched on the Govt contract shit or the Xandor ad revenue stuff.

So all in all T will be fine for the long haul. His Divvy will be fine as well.
