EOS is really the perfect model for private chains in my opinion, I could easily see it adopted by large corporations or banking networks. unfortunately I don't think that makes it a good investment for the average anon. that's just my 2 cents. still an awesome display of technology.

>> No.13604099

>>13604013
It's hard to say. It all depends on whether or not the EOS token can remain the backbone of all of the sister/side chains. If that's the case then REX will give pretty decent passive income.

My secret is that most of my gains have come from a trading bot that I wrote, which would be impossible to do on ETH or any blockchain with fees. The fact that I've been able to make thousands of dollars while I sleep is why I'm confident in it as an investment.

>> No.13604131

nice anon, I wrote a bot once and all I got was about $10 profit and 700 pages of tax documents after 2 months, so making a profit of that is quite impressive

I sold about 300 when it was $15 so I'm still upset about that, but it was a different time. market is impossible to time, I'm sure will see more ups and downs, but I'll be taking profits at logical points if I can and also accumulating more.

Because I bought in cheap.
I held on when it my portfolio hit 100k
I held on when it my portfolio hit 200k
I held on when it my portfolio hit 300k
I held on when it my portfolio hit 600k
I held on when it my portfolio hit 1200k

I wanted to see how high it'd go.

I literally had my button on the sell for ETH at 1000 to sell it all, but I fucking didn't.

Instead I got forced out to sell at 200/ETH (which is still way about the 30 USD average I paid in, but I overshot on making it to lambo land)

Also, because I was holding out for POS.

If ETH crosses >2000 when POS hits i'm going to KMS myself for being forced to sell at 200USD

there's still time to accumulate anon. I got in cryptos late 2013 and traded like a retard through the 2014-2015 bear market, but then I vowed not to miss the eventual crypto boom, got most of my ETH around $10, but we probably wont see the highs for another 3-5 years. you still got plenty of time to accumulate.

I had my button on sell at 1k/ETH holding 1400 ETH, but I didn't want to sell yet.

I held from 50k up to 1.4 million. What I wanted was it to reach 3-4 million, so I could literally retire forever. It went up 50k to 1.4 million so 3-4 million wasn't out of the question at the time.

I fucked up though.
