favorite part of being an alcoholic and least favorite part?

>> No.13582527

How do you like your job? Does it at least pay well?

>> No.13582528

>>13582486
Favorite part is always having a "I don't give a fuck" attitude 24/7 (well, after waking up and having my first drink). Makes me more of a risk taker, social, and confident.

Least favorite part is when I decide to take a break I HAVE to do a Librium taper and see my physician to get a script for it. Withdrawals suck, but Librium is nice. If I had actually fucked up my liver permanently at any point, that would probably be the worst part, but that has yet to happen.

rye or potato?

I enjoy it because it lets me get to use a lot of different parts of my brain in strategy. I pull in $160k plus a bonus upwards of $40k for not having to do very much hard work but think, research, implement with a team, discuss, present, and negotiate.

Earlier entry-level years were absolute hell though with 70-80 hour weeks not being too uncommon.

Job hopping a couple times helped me move up the ladder faster.

That's a lot of money for brainwashing people to buy shit they don't need. What kind of stupid shit do you advertise to people?

>> No.13582769

>>13582736
I've been involved in pretty much every industry as I don't work on just one account at a time in my position. You name a fairly well-known brand, I probably either worked on it or had to research them because I was working on a project for a competitor of theirs.

I feel good about MOST of my work and that I'm not pushing shit on people and brainwashing them. I've done some government contracts and "big pharma" work that I'm not proud of participating in.

Your skills are valuable, they're just being put to use in the wrong way. Once the inevitable socialist revolution happens perhaps you can be a propaganda commissar convincing the masses to join in building the new society. Have you ever advertised shitty fast food to children?

>> No.13582830

>>13582793
Sure.

I've helped advertise shitty food and decent food.

I've never really helped market to children/parents much outside of toys/electronics, so, no, I haven't advertised shitty food to children, thankfully.
