bad definition, you could airdrop a pos coin that would not be a security it is true that pow is also a fair early distribution model, but that doesn't mean there are no others, also the whole security thing is arbitrary it's us law every country has different legislation. in my country cryptocurrencies are currencies plain and simple. it's like foreign currency with no sovereign state.
