based on this prediction i did some maths on the cost of an asic or mining rig. after about a year (july2020) you would begin to earn more with an asic/mining (after you minus the purchase price and electric) than just purchasing the coins. but, what if the miner dies and all that kind of stuff. it is more long term and hence more risk but long term a larger pay off.

every bump is more than 70% bump in total value over the previous except the final one. it is around a 55% gain, i dont have the spread sheet pulled up right now but thought that was interesting.

anyways, i used xmr when i did the calculations. i did not account for changes in those coin prices, but only an increase in btc
