POST YOUR BEST MONEY MAKING SCHEMES

Time to gloat about those $100 you made from selling coke to that STEM major last year; let the world know how you finangle your way into making MONEY$$.

Be specific and include duration, necessary training/knowledge needed and money made.

Mine:
>Sell fakes on eBay as real (very normie but very good)
Have to know shoes to a degree and a good fake seller online. My Chinese guy does good shit - also need a bit of starting capital

>Going into Brooklyn hipster neighborhoods (DUMBO & Williamsburg safest bet) and pining off vinyl records/thrift from stores in Manhattan at double the price
Obviously have to be near NYC/major city, and need a little bit of capital to start. I've got a good rep for getting "good" and "funky" Afrobeat vinyls with 2.5 places - don't be a douche and wear a mustard courduroy shirt with Oliver Peoples glasses (fakes) to make it look like you belong.

Alright I'll bite.

Recently I've thought about transferring some BTC to my TAILS wallet and buying some fake rollex's off Dream or Hansa (even if those vendors are still rolling, haven't browsed with the lights off in about a year)

I live in a fairly decent town but there's always >muh swag yolo
so I can sell this shit for almost double the price I bought it off the darknet for. The Rollies look real as fuck and don't tick, and the vendor has good reviews.

I sell a certain niche of collectible items on ebay. I have various legal ways of getting these items to sell. Most of what I sell is in the $15-100 range. Probably 5% of my inventory is in the $1-2k/item range. Those take much longer to sell but I'm in no rush so I'll hold out for the money that I wan't. All items buy it now and I accept offers on most of them. Been doing this since 2015 and at first was only making a couple hundred a month. In October 2018 I really started working harder at it and trying to scale and have been doing $1.5-3k/month since then. You really have to know your niche inside and out and you have to be patient. I'm reinvesting everything back into my inventory with the exception of $185/month which I use for my car payments

I'm back on my PC, so my ID doesn't match. Basically, I have a source that sells amazing gold bar "replicas." Like we're talking the only way to find out they're replicas is to open the package and drill into them. They pass the scratch test and acid test. Now any boomer who buys sealed gold bars will not open them because taking them out of the package destroys a bunch of value and makes them harder to sell, unless you're literally a wholesaler who is going to melt them down. In that case, it doesn't matter if they open it. So I make sure I only sell to boomers who will put them in their safe and not look at them for years, and not big companies.

I don't even feel bad because if you're going to buy gold from a private person on the Internet, you deserve whatever happens to you.

I sell covered call options. They're great, it's like a dividend every week. I netted a bit over $500 alone on AMD last week (ER week) on only 300 shares. Why /biz/ doesn't talk about options more, I will never know. This is, even for poorfags, the best way to make money period.

It's kinda capital intensive, of course, since I have to buy shares in lots of 100 to sell calls, but honestly if you just contribute to your account every time you get paid, you hardly notice.

Most people are not smart enough to set up a profitable server ecosystem.
The most profitable game-modes have to have balanced economies and game play within the server.

The next biggest hurdle is bringing in the players. It takes time to establish a server community that's going to stick around. You either have to spend a lot of money on advertising or come up with creative ideas to advertise your server for free.

If you don't pay for advertising the expenses for running the server are very low.

Fellow AMD options trader here. It was absolutely obvious AMD was going to guide for a good 2019 after Intel guided down but nobody seemed to see it, as is the case with AMD. Boomers still think Intel is unstoppable.
It's only gonna get better for AMD btw. Their 7nm Zen2 chips are going to kick ass thanks to the chiplet architecture and by the time Intel finally figures out 10nm AMD will already be on 5nm. AMD is gonna keep the performance crown until 2022 at least imo.

Rent out a 3 bedroom appartment, mortgege $700 per month, rent $1200 per month. $500 per month more or less net, via tax deductions.

Have a few sheep on a plot of land ouside the city, sell them to the Arabs, initial investment 3k, ROI 30% per year (sell 8-10 animals at 100-150 a pop, charge an extra 50 to let them use an old barn for slaughter)

I have a white collar job but come from a blue collar background. I put inept office drones in contact with painters, plumbers, etc.. My take is 10%, unbeknowst to office drones, my tadesmen friends probably just inflate their bill to pay me, I don't care, if office wagies weren't so dumb and cowardly they'd pick up a paintbrush and do it themselves. This isn't regular or planned, but I'd say roughly 1-2k per year.

Build a weed closet, nice and compact , well hidden, barely anyone knows about it. Have a guy that buys me the whole harvest, 1.2k 3-4 times a year.

Target is to meke enough to need a salary anymore.
Next operation is both for laundering stacks of cash and add profit. Buy a dilapidated house, do 50k of work on it, which is perfect because it's a gazillion small enough expenses that they can be paid in cash. Flip the house, at minima the cash is now real estate profit, at best I even make more.
