As someone who's been running a biz for 10 years, I always ONLY hire women for menial tasks or communication based tasks that are paid hourly.

Women have better work ethics, better morals (don't try to scam you as much), and have no drive to move up the ladder, and have no ego about being told what to do or how to do something.

You'd have to be a retard to hire a man. I only hire men for freelance tasks I pay for results on, because I know the men will deliver quality, with no risk of fucking me over because the price is decided beforehand.

If you hire a man for hourly work, he will deliver quality, but will fuck you trying to tell you something took 10x the time. And if you order them around, they will develop an ego, argue and cause drama.
