/biz/ should I get a townhouse 20 minutes outside the city or a condo in the city?

Pros and cons from an investment perspective?

House over condo 10 out of 10 times....owning. Space in a filing cabinet in 2019. If you where gonna buy ten years where you could buy the units in bulk I’d say go all in....but the buildings too much of a stranglehold on your investment. House always...not in a community....fuck HOA fees. We’re already fucked from the govt by paying property taxes....you should give money to middle men when you don’t have to.

Considering you'll work in the city most likely, the money you save on the house you're gonna spend on commute + time. But the condo will appreciate in value. Ultimately it depends on the prices, it's hard to tell without it

Condo would be 200k th 300k.

Th is 10 minutes from work condo is 30. Condo has a view but th has way more room.

Also what’s better for pussy?

If I had the money I would probably pick the town house since 20 min is not far from the city anyway. I think the most important for pussy is the interior and how close you are to the action

>168 hours in a week
>53 hours spent sleeping
>50 hours spent wagecucking (40hrs work + getting ready time in the morning + lunches)
>5 hrs bare minimum of other stupid chore shit (groceries, laundry, cooking, etc)
>60 hours max left in the week for 'you' time

Now let's say you have a 10 minute commute 1-way. You're doing that commute 2x20 times monthly. That's 400 minutes, or 6.5 hours.

So, a 10-minute commute eats up 12% of your weekly 'you' time. 20-minute commute eats up 25% of what's left of your life. And so forth.

Imagine giving up 25% of your LIFE to a shitty commute just so you can save a couple hundred bucks in rent by living in the boonies.

I currently commute 1.5 hours each way...by train. so although its 15 hours a week Im not actually driving, so I use that time wisely(studying, trading, play my 3DS from time to time)
