Apparently she got this job simply because the manager thought her previous experience would help massively with the job. She got the regular training but needed help often from the trainer and manager well after the training ended. Nearly a year after and she needs help. Even pesters the manager with easy to figure out problems. Wouldn't be surprised if she eventually gets fired.
