How do you deal with your company hiring and certifying idiots who cannot perform job tasks, but get put on crew anyways?

We now have 2 out of 5 people on my crew who are useless pieces of shit and are unapologetic and unwilling to learn. This means my personal workload and stress level is almost double, just because of these dipshits.

What the fuck do you do when your upper management doesn't give a shit and expects you to just absorb the garbage they hand you?

Let them fail and hurt the bottom line

Plant evidence on them,
but only if a group-sponsored, professionally written letter of complaint to upper management doesn't do anything.
Or, you could always just get those idiots fired, talk shit about them constantly, tell management everything they say, treat them like outcasts - just be part of the problem and you might get what you want.

youre not their manager. it will be obvious to your manager and possibly your managers boss who does work and who doesnt. if incompetence is tolerated then that means its good for you since you can put your feet up and work. its not your company

I'm in your same position OP except it's more like 4/6 people, luckily our work isn't closely related though despite doing the same job. They all come to me asking for advice and how to solve things while I wind up with the extra responsibilities and they get paid more. I'm just going to wait it out for a year and leave this job, at least it paid better than the others I've had and the work is actually kind of fun sometimes

That says a lot about your company's hiring process. You should get a new job.

Wow nice advice. I make 450 dollars a day I'm not giving up this gig just for this pair of fucktards.

>everything’s bad and I wanna stay
I’d urge you to get out but the way you are complaining, you already sound to hopeless. You belong there.

Why do you care? Just do nothing and keep the cash. Every gig I've ever had I just did the bare minimum to get paid, then started my own biz.

lol no you don’t. A job that pays that much couldn’t afford to be managed that poorly, if it is you wouldn’t be complaining. larp better, faggot

That means they don't give a shit about you too, faggot.
Leave, give them a lesson how easy is to loose a specialist.

Use your position of dominance to big dick them. I was basically top dog at my work for a few years and I leveraged this into doing whatever the fuck I wanted. Acting like an asshole, etc

Bully until they leave.
