I buy from fleamarkets, goodwill, craigslist, resell on ebay. It's okay, but I'm still fairly new at it.

Etsy is good for artsy shit but don't do Amazon. Their fees are worse than eBay.

I've been selling on Mercari lately and they are great for collectibles.
