Simple answer is cfd trading BTC price, since there's a house edge it's technically gambling, and Bongs don't tax gambling winnings. Just don't expect DGTX to deliver

ever dealt with HMRC?
They're goof balls
can never give me a straight ansa on anything
i just pay them some nominal amount and they fuck off and go away.
problems start when you just flat out to refuse to give them anything
tl;dr make up a number and pay it not even joking

Isn't Bitmex "gambling" as well? Funding and leverage meaning that there isn't much in favor of hedging and liquidation prices being so close.
HMRC says that in their eyes "investing in cryptocurrency isn't like gambling".

I thought about taking Bitmex gains (since there is no KYC) sending it to a Bitcoin casino and playing poker. Win a pot or two then send back to Coinbase Pro and sell for fiat. Then pay CGT on my original purchase of BTC.

Sure, hence the idea here ^

I was fucking shocked because they DO NOT say anything about this on their crypto guidelines.
