For sure man, if not in 2019, then in 2020 when the halvening happens. I personally have 10 bitcoin, 100 litecoin, 64 eth. Litecoin I got for $45 each so its whatever if it ends up being a disappointment, but the next halving for litecoin is august 6. It will hit far above 20k the next time kt hits 10

DCA is fine but better do it quick. I think we're mimicking last bear. Golden cross rejected, death cross to dip, crab a few months, second golden gross, then bull. I am betting on true bull beginning late august to early September right after the LTC halving. I've been DCA since a few days after the bottom sitting at 6.51 BTC with target of 10.00 BTC by Aug 1st.

I think it probably will because newbs be like muh halving, but LTC halving isn't really a huge deal right now since it will still be more than twice as inflationary as the USD where as the next BTC halving will make BTC = to average of last 10 years USD inflation. What I really want to see is LTC pump only 10% or 20% and prices for BTC stay low another 3 months because everyone will be anticipating a small pump at BTC halving. They will undoubtedly be justed and I will undoubtedly get to 21 BTC before Feb 1 2020.
