It's true that most businesses end-up failing, right? I don't want to wageslave but I don't want to get wrecked starting a business either. Has anyone started a successful business here? Is there a way to do it that minimizes risk? I'm perfectly happy committing my 24/7 to it.

yes have a lot of money to start with. Most start ups fail because they run out of money and don´t have a reserve.

Yes, most businesses do fail within 3 years. Even fewer make it to 5. It is all risk. However, you get out exactly what you put in. Learn to bootstrap everything. If you do fail, learn and start another one. You will make it

I've started a few businesses. Your biggest enemy as a small business owner is government and it WILL cause you to almost fail even if you don't completely fail.
For example, I have three employees, making about $12/hr each full time. Besides their salary, I have to pay the IRS $3600/month in payroll taxes for them. I also have to pay unemployment tax, state corporate income tax, municipal business license fees and permits. Government ends up taking almost as much as I pay those employees.
If it weren't for all of that crap, my current business would be very successful and I'd be able to make enough to keep at it. As it stands, a bad month puts me on the brink of disaster and at the very least I have no money to expand.

I think the idea is really hot but I could not imagine wanting someone like that around 24/7 and having to pretend I give a shit about their coloring book or their stuffies and pacies. As a one off roleplay, once a week, okay. On the upside, girls who are into age play also tend to be into anal, pee, and poo.

If you have such an aversion to “wage slaving” then there is no way you are going to successfully start a business, which is exponentially more work.

It's funny how little understanding there is about payroll taxes in the general public. If people knew that their employer could be paying them 30% or so more an hour if it wasn't for this tax maybe they'd reconsider what their expectations for government should be to begin with. Instead they demand bailouts in the form of subsidy and greater authority to be granted to the institutions that led them down a path of poverty and call for the destruction of the only people who provide them a chance to earn their way out of it

You're right, employers never pay more than they're forced to by the government, that's why everyone in the entire country doesn't make a penny over the state or federal minimum wage no matter what position they hold. HAHAHA how silly to think that employers could pay people more if they could afford it, thank you based government for taking 20+% of an employee's wage and taxing the employer themselves 20+% or more per employee on the way down, I'm sure neither of them would know better about what should be done with their money anyway.

Most businesses fail because most people are retarded and have no creative or inventive mental faculty.
