What are the best stocks in France ? I want to acquire money to study in America. France's éducation is free, but is it better to go study in one of America's top school instead and get debts ?

If you have the grades and (SAT/ACT) test scores for attending an Ivy League as an international student, studying in the US would be worth it. Even if you get 0 financial aid (which'd only happen if you're a richfag), $200k in debt is worth it for connections and job opportunities.

Since you're posting on 4chan, you're probably close to average, so that socialized education is good enough.

Also don't limit yourself to one country for stocks, especially if you're as poor as you sound. Opportunities to make $1,000 into $100,000 are already rare and difficult enough.
