Having a GDPR compliant chain supporting private/private hybrid and with token economy is a big deal. Currently companies were forced either to use Hyperledger, forking ETH or using mainnet ETH. Plus this seems to be SAP’s CTO little toy - it cannot end bad or it will be a PR disaster.
