+Viktorija Stepanova I have been practicing the urine therapy for almost 20 years and I haven't found any difficulties combining it with a normal life. The smell of urine changes according to the kind of diet one has and also according to how pure the body is. When there are many toxins present in the body, the urine smells bad and not only the urine shows the state of the body, but all the water in the body reflects that... not only the urine is going to smell bad, but also the perspiration, the saliva and the blood... so, for me it was very helpful to change my diet and start purifying my body.

And during the meantime, while my body was detoxing, I found some tricks to counteract the bad smell... like one does with perfume and lotions, when there is bad odor coming from other parts of the body.

First I would suggest to eat lots of fruits, preferably change the diet to a raw-vegan diet... at least start by eating a big portion of fruits in the evening plus drinking lots of water before sleeping, so the intestines are not clogged during the night and in the morning, the morning urine is going to taste very good, neutral, almost like water and it won't have any smell either.

I find it interesting to note that only the kidneys and fat were offered to the Lord on the alter in nearly every single animal sacrifice made. I believe it has to do that the kidneys actually produce stem cells to help cure the body and when you put it in a vessel (exterior) cup to age it only grows stronger. Only a very clean body can reabsorb the urine from the bladder... and that's why we all experience this as little children, when our bodies were not yet so polluted. As adults, it's another story... unfortunately. But we can cleanse our bodies back to the way they were supposed to be and then we won't ever need to drink our urine again... we can switch to the reabsorption modus / self sustainability 100%!
