I've been in your position OP.

The truth is you have to be willing to accept a certain axiom for someone like yourself.

By yourself I mean someone with no real experience.

That axiom is that experience>money at this point in time. Every company or person that looks at your CV realizes that realistically you cannot contribute more than what you are worth.

Therefore you have to make them realize that you are worth more than what it seems. How?

Offer to work for free. Consider it an internship/training. At this point it's worth more than a salary.

It will show your employer that despite your lack of knowledge or technical skills you are willing to learn and better yourself.

All of a sudden, you are no longer an entitled NEET looking for a paycheck - you are now an aspiring employee whose willing to humble him/herself for a chance at becoming trained and proficient in the workplace.

I went through this path and it worked out OK for me. I suggest you do the same.

thank you. Which courses do you reccomend me? Also for apprentship, do they need young zoomers or is it ok for them me as 28 years old?

your age is not an asset here

To be honest you are already quite old. Companies like taking younger people because it's what they're used to. However since you are already a certain age you must show that you are better suited than your younger peers. It means that you must display more of the following traits:

-professionalism
-reliability
-accountability
-humility

I'll give you an example. Take a notepad with you and jot down everything you did every day at your job that is work related. It shows that you are accountable and promote transparency. It also can save your job but that's for you and not necessarily for management to know.

I don't recommend anymore courses until a company specifies.

The important thing now is that you start working. Experience always trumps education.

Finding a job, especially nowadays is tough but do not let that discourage you. If everything else fails you can always work at a fast food restaurant and no I'm not joking about that. A job is a job and employers want to see that you've done something with your time instead of just being a NEET. Even fast food service counts as some sort of experience.

Once again do not be discouraged. It is not uncommon for people to be rejected 100 times before 1 position accepts them. This can take months and months. Even if you're not doing anything volunteering is another great way to show your potential employers that you are ambitious and mean business.

Courses can always be done later or on the side. The most important thing is to work or at least give the impression that you are working through volunteering.

This will be my last post as I have to go to sleep.

Good luck anon, and God speed.
