How much can you fucking expect monthly if you sell crypto market data ? they're selling it like 20k for 1 full data set, 25 times more if selecting on a crypto per crypto basis

Imagine you have 1 customer by month
the fuck is that /biz/ explain

It’s pretty fucking lucrative. A paper came out of Cornell which followed some flash trading bots on DEX’s that would make 500-10000 dollars a DAY just through front running. Crypto has a lot of stupid money ripe for the pickings

how? there has to be a catch somewhere

if people needs tick for bots, it probably means they're programmer themselves, and getting ticks is piss easy

unless there's bot out there that needs those kinds of data? but then it would have to be live data feeds ? then I suppose the hosting price would be huge, which is the catch?

>> No.13353300

no one have more clue on that ?

imagine making 2k a day with no work

If there is anyone making money this way, they are not on 4chan telling the world about it.

OK anon off you go and do it with no work

once it's set up, you have a cron job extracting the data every 1 min, where's the work afterwards? I have this already running, it's piss easy, I could put a webpage that downloads csv directly from that, I don't understand why it's worth 20k kek wtf

This sounds like information you need to pay through the nose for

This, I could tell you why but it would still go over your head. Then I’d also loose my edge. Just grind it out think outside the box. The answer will come. Think backwards.

if you figured out how to make money off this, I'm not looking to know how, I'm mainly looking to know if it's as easy as it looks (expected no), if you need to risk some capital into hosting at the beginning (expecting yes), and if you need to provide customer support and decent service to make money at all months after months (expected yes).

if so, then it means it's not as easy. but then you could lie to have less competition, if it's "easy" to pull that service, but I trust you anon.

>> No.13354928

what do you mean why? why I'm not looking for how to make money off it? I know how technically, but I don't know about the potential resulting hassles that could make it not worth it for me.

You sound like that economist that sees 100 bucks on the ground and tells his friend to not pick it up because we live in an efficient market and if it was real it would therefore already been picked up by now.
