Why aren't you going all in Anon? Let's get some opinions, state your opinions:
1) Have we broken the downtrend 2018 resistance for good?
2) Is $10k EOY a meme?
3) Are you planning to put money into BTC this year, when, and how much? Alternative to this question is, are you retarded?
----
My Responses:
1) I think we will be visiting the 200W MA at least one more time before lift-off
2) If we can sustain this volume and sentiment, I think it is possible
3) Whatever is left of my paycheck's in 2019 will go to BTC (engineer).

Trying to get as much BTC as I can before Fall. Can't say much else without speculating, pic related (>>13302451) is more/less what I am expecting to see

>>13302466
Why do you think that, is it really unbelievable? I basically have no savings right now, been DCA'ing (every 2 weeks) since Jan.

I am thinking what you are thinking anon, but too many people know about this already and that scares me to death.

Bitcoin is still a useless piece of shit with high fees and no amount of buzzwords is going to change that

1. No we haven't
2. yes
3. No

I don't think so Anon, only those in crypto and maybe some enlightened normies are buying in. Everyone else I know IRL doesn't want to touch BTC at all. None of my co-workers, friends, family, not a single person wants to hear any of the data and theories I have. Unironically told a boomer from work about my plan last week of March, when he asked the BTC price today he said he wanted to buy one. Thing is, this boomer can't even work Microsoft office lmao, how the hell will he operate a wallet?? Really put things into perspective for me

I feel like this is too early for for another bull market to start yet. 2020 it's probably going to be here or at least it has started to steadily creep up.
I'm expecting this to dive to the 2.5k range or at least go and hang with 3k for a while longer as it goes sideways and another uneventful accumulation period occurs.
After that it's rocket time.
I'll be steadily throwing money into BTC as we go sideways.

I wouldn’t do it OP. Crypto is dead right now, and the only technicals you’re basing your decision on is founded on a sample size of n=2. Don’t fool yourself into FOMOing.

I agree that the current sentiment shift was surprising for me, specifically witnessing the overnight conversion of long term $2k bears into bulls. In any case, I think you are failing to see the bigger picture, bitcoin is programmable money. Not only that, but it is the only truly trustless crypto there is. People say china having too much hash power is worrying, but in reality, why would the largest network of miner's decide to nuke the entity which provides them income? Logic would dictate this weak FUD.

Bitcoin is software. An Information based commodity is the closest thing we have to an indestructible store of value. No matter what happens, people can just start mining it again. The permanence of Bitcoin is definitely its most underappreciated property. It also happens to be the currency which everyone believe's in. Institutions are getting in, hedge funds too, it is laughable to think BTC won't see new ATH in the coming years.

>>13302603
I used to be big on determining the bottom, but then I realized it really doesn't matter in the long run. Once BTC exceeds it's ATH, buying at $2k vs $5k is rather insignificant. DCA'ing this year will allow one to catch the average price rather than gamble on where it could go

>> No.13302699

>>13302663
If you stick on math for the top prevision, you have to stick on math for the low too
If the difference was between 3k and 2.8k you were right, but 2,8k is actually almost the half of 5k, it will be a huge difference in the long run

>overnight conversion of long term $2k bears into bulls
The only ones desperate enough to stay are us permabulls. Some of those are permabulltards ready to convert anytime, which is what you saw. Go DCA if you want but if BTC hits 10k this soon, it’ll just pop again guaranteed. You want a slow steady boring moon.

>> No.13302788

>>13302699
mathemtically sure, if btc goes to $100k, you will get anywhere between 15-30x buying between $6000-$3000 respectively (approx). Point here is, looking back anything below $10k will have look like a gold mine.

>>13302714
I’ll be buying up every dip, I’m slowly accumulating

>> No.13302805

>>13302788
This is a failing strat if crypto never moons again, but that’s inconceivable to you. You should DCA on the way up, or near the bottom, and if you think we’re near the bottom then lol, just ignore me.

i dunno, must be on your side, I'm paying about $0.0001 fees each time I buy something with it

>> No.13303100

Yes but slowly reconsidering that stance. I think it’s absurd and delusional that everyone is expecting this “scheduled gains.” I also think the ICO craze and Chinese money overseas were more impactful than the halving.

>> No.13303181

>>13302567
Agreed, NO ONE will fucking touch it. All my friends and family, with lots of savings - literally no one will touch it. Well, except one guy I know who is basically a zero-inhibition tranny fucking nutcase, he chucked a coupe of grand in when I told him to. But he just does whatever.

Everyone knows about houses as well, didn't stop property going up 100x, did it? The "everyone knows" meme is so flawed from every angle.
