I was placing orders on June and Coctober $4 and $5 calls. Start low (IE for the 4$ calls you obviously have to pay at least $1) and increase bids by 0.05 or 0.10. Of course I'm not going to over-pay, I just put the buys out there until I get to a conservative price.
