Be nice to coworkers, as long as it doesn't require any of your time. Say, if you're waiting around for a presentation to start. I sure as hell wouldn't spend even five minutes of my time on a coworker out of work hours or take over a shift because they want to stay home playing the latest PS4 release or whatever. So if you are the only one with a license simply say
- I leave if your not at my house at X time.
- I drop you off at my house
- Have a slightly higher gas fee then necessary

Voila you have no extra work of driving your coworkers and you even have some extra cash.

Also if the guy is genuine autistic then your a jerk for insulting him. If it was just a shitty presentation you could give him feedback afterwards.

Also by leaving your co-workers in the cold and confirming your fired you made sure you couldn't be hired back after a warning (you should have wanted this becausr you would have some time to find an other job).

im currently in apprenticeship at a local small electricians-company.
the guys im working with are a varied bunch with no real common interests just that they all are electricians.
i had no drivers-license for the first 4 months there. everything went smooth and ive been getting along with all of them.
Just be yourself and it will all work out.
