Build a product and sell it. Ideally a SaaS that takes a half a year to a year to get to professional level and then charge 10-20 bucks/person/month. Look at Balsamiq for inspiration, the guy has blogs where he describes how he started the company. The most important things to succeed are: skills + niche + dedication
