You're running out of time.

If you don't have ONE (1) WHOLE BITCOIN by May/June, you will never again see prices this low. In the next bull run we will go to 100k+, and crash to 10k-30k. The average person will thereafter be forever locked out from owning one entire Bitcoin.

You have TWO MONTHS to ensure you're a part of the future financial global elite. You missed Bitcoin's first three exponential rises. If you miss this opportunity, it will never come again.

Don't say you weren't warned.

1 BTC and 25 Litecoins.

The ETH/BTC ratio will probably greatly improve in the bull, since (the right) altcoins usually act as a leveraged Bitcoin play. That said Ether is inherently more speculative than Bitcoin -- it's only been around for about three years, the monetary policy is still up in the air, no one knows if Ethereum will manage to scale, no one knows what will happen to the price when Ethereum transitions to proof-of-stake, etc.

I hold Ether, but you should really be holding Bitcoin as well.

I'm afraid I'll be left with something like 0.6 - 0.8 BTC till May-June and there will be not much chance to boost BTC stack since alts are priced in and looks like will not grow that much due to BTC gaining $$$ value
Can you confirm or decline my concerns?

You should only be holding alts. Bitcoin has no ability to make gains like alts do.

Glad my posts helped someone. Credit to the anon who makes and updates these halving charts.

>>13215520

If you want to take a chance, buy as much Ether as you can and hope it has a big pump before the Bitcoin bull. In 2017 Ether was pumping before Bitcoin made its biggest gains. But you also have to ask yourself how much of that was due to Ether being the new hot commodity and the million ICOs sucking capital into the ecosystem. In general, as I mentioned before, the right altcoins do act as a leveraged Bitcoin play, so if you pick the right ones you could increase your BTC stack before the boom post-halving.

Me? I just dollar-cost average into Bitcoin every month. It all depends on your risk tolerance.

>>13215548

I think you have time. Check out the last reversal in 2015 -- you had a big pump before the blue line, then a crash, and then we were off to the races. The next halving is probably going to land in the middle of May next year, so I think we still have a month or two before we have to rule out the possibility of dumps. Don't panic. Just dollar-cost average over these next few weeks.

>>13216007

Very risky. If your alts hit you'll make it in a big way. If they don't, you'll have nothing. Plus, most alts are not long-term holds. You absolutely must know when to sell or you will be destroyed. But I understand your perspective.

I'm 99.99% sure (excepting for some catastrophic event) we'll never see below $4250 again, and that was my buy zone. I don't think you can always match the past like that down to the months. Too many people know how this game is played now, and only few retards are going to sell this low. FML and everyone else who got blindsided by that April 2 dildo right up the ass.

>> No.13216386

>>13216321

Yeah, it never matches exactly. All we can do is follow the long-term trends and try to fit our buys and sells within them. That's why DCAing is so important, imo. If it's a bull market, slowly sell. If it's a bear market, slowly buy. Ultimately anything under $10k is a great price.

All of the main alts 100% hit and they always out perform BTC. There is zero risk.
