Im working in a big firm and we get 100+ applications a day + the ones that dont make it through the spam filter.
When my boss put me in charge of the hiring process I didnt expect the demand to be that high. Sometimes when I get my coffee from the kitchen or when I talk to the hottie hr sluts I return to my desk with +10 new dings in the box. And let me tell you, it is fucking disgusting.
People like you make me laugh because you honestly think that you will be that one guy out of 1000. I mean look at yourself. You waste your youth on an anime forum. Do you think you will even set one foot next to 10/10 Alexandra our HR head pussy or even be able allowed to demand an answer? Haha. Sometimes when Im bored or had a bad sugar cube I just delete the whole inbox. BOOM 100h work of people creating their CV, Resume, Motivational letter, Psychich Test in the BIN.
But you know whats the funniest thing? There is always that one guy who is calling and asking whats going on. I pretend to know who they are and shit. Sometimes I tell them that'd it would be really nice if they'd be working for us and that I had a special look on their resume. lmao
